Job Summary
To support state Medicaid agencies' program integrity efforts, the fully remote Salesforce Developer will design and implement tailored Salesforce workspaces, gather requirements from stakeholders, and integrate Salesforce with external systems while following Agile practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce workspaces for event management workflows and reporting functions
- Gather and refine requirements from business stakeholders, translating them into scalable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and enhance platform stability while implementing security models for user access
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Experience designing user-centric solutions for business processes and workflow optimization
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment strategies
