Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for a remote, full-time position focused on providing production support, managing incidents, and collaborating with business stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure application stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing production support for Salesforce applications, monitor system health, and respond to user-reported issues
- Triage production incidents, coordinate resolutions, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by investigating defects and coordinating fixes
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, and platform best practices
- Experience with integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
