Salesforce Developer/Admin
Job Summary
To support a major Salesforce centralization initiative, the part-time Contract Salesforce Developer/Admin will lead data migration efforts and configure Membership Services and Business Development workflows within CALSTART's Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud environment, working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Salesforce centralization initiative by migrating data and processes from Forth into CALSTART's Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud
- Plan and execute Salesforce-to-Salesforce data migration, ensuring accurate data mapping, cleansing, and validation
- Configure and develop workflows using Salesforce automation and custom development to create scalable solutions for the organization
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, including designing and configuring nonprofit business processes
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration and development, including Flow, automation, and data modeling
- Experience in planning and executing Salesforce-to-Salesforce migrations, focusing on data mapping and validation
- Preferred experience designing Salesforce solutions for membership, fundraising, and business development
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder are preferred
