Salesforce Developer/Architect

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer/Technical Architect, this remote position will manage enterprise Salesforce implementations, focusing on secure application architecture, development, and integration design while mentoring developers and collaborating with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce implementation and hands-on development for enterprise-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Translate business requirements into solution designs, producing architecture diagrams and technical design documents
• Guide development teams on Salesforce best practices, troubleshoot production issues, and oversee development workflows

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
• Minimum of seven years of Salesforce implementation experience, including two years as lead developer/architect
• Active Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System Architect certification, or Salesforce Platform Developer II certification with relevant experience
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, integration architectures, and performance optimization
• Experience supporting Salesforce in regulated environments, including knowledge of FedRAMP or FISMA compliance
