Job Summary
To support a Department of the Navy higher education platform, the full-time remote Salesforce Developer II will design, build, test, and maintain enterprise Salesforce solutions, contributing to the transition from Salesforce Education Data Architecture to Salesforce Education Cloud.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and custom objects
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and partner institution data feeds using REST and SOAP APIs
- Support the Education Cloud migration by analyzing customizations, implementing configurations, and testing integrations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of professional software development experience
- Current hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex and Lightning Web Components within the last 12 months
- Experience implementing Salesforce integrations using REST APIs or middleware such as MuleSoft
- All required Salesforce certifications must be current and verifiable
