Job Summary
Serving as a senior technical resource, the full-time remote Business Systems Developer III will develop, administer, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support scalable Salesforce solutions and related business systems
- Lead complex integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms, ensuring effective data governance and security
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members while maintaining data quality and governance standards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II certification preferred
- Strong experience with .NET, Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware
