Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 5 years on the Salesforce platform
- Expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and multichannel architecture
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior associates
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development, configuration, and integration tools
