Salesforce Engineer
Job Summary
As the first dedicated engineer for the commercial organization, the remote Founding Engineer, Commercial Systems will architect and build the tooling, automation, and AI for the commercial stack, including Salesforce, to enhance sales, retention, and growth efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Own and build the commercial systems, architecting Salesforce and integrating various tools while writing custom code
- Ensure data integrity by creating automations and controls to maintain clean and reliable commercial data
- Develop tools that enhance the efficiency of sales and client success teams through automation and AI solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including at least 3 years of Apex development in production
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II and Administrator
- Experience with production integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Proven ability to ship Lightning Web Components utilized by sales or client success teams
- Experience building AI-powered tools that have been actively used in a business context
