Salesforce Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Driving development velocity in a remote setting, the full-time Salesforce Engineering Manager will lead a team of 10 to 15 engineers in building enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform while ensuring architectural excellence and mentoring senior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, performance, and scalability of Salesforce Platform and Node.js services
- Own the technical direction of Salesforce applications and mentor engineering team members
- Manage team goals, conduct 1:1s, and facilitate career growth while ensuring high-quality solution delivery
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong Salesforce expertise, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Proven experience in Salesforce technical architecture for scalable enterprise solutions
- Strong background in Node.js development and modern API integration
- Deep understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
