Salesforce Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of 10 to 15 engineers, the full-time remote Salesforce Engineering Manager will drive development velocity and oversee the architecture and performance of Salesforce applications and Node.js services while mentoring senior engineers and collaborating with product leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, performance, and scalability of Salesforce applications and Node.js services
- Manage a team of developers by setting goals, conducting 1:1s, and fostering career growth
- Own the technical direction of Salesforce applications and ensure adherence to best practices in cloud engineering
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Proven experience in Salesforce technical architecture and designing scalable enterprise solutions
- Solid background in Node.js development and modern API integration
- Deep understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
