Salesforce Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Driving development velocity in a hybrid role, the remote Salesforce Engineering Manager will lead a team of 10 to 15 engineers in building enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, focusing on architecture, performance, and scalability while mentoring senior engineers and managing project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and technical direction of Salesforce applications and Node.js services, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Manage a team of engineers by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering career growth
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver high-quality solutions while balancing engineering excellence and roadmap delivery
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
- Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Proven experience in Salesforce technical architecture and designing scalable enterprise solutions
- Solid background in Node.js development and integrating Salesforce with external systems
- Deep understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
