Salesforce Field Service Architect
Job Summary
Working remotely in the USA or Canada, the contract Salesforce Field Service Lightning Architect will design FSL solutions, gather requirements, and serve as the go-to expert on FSL implementations for an initial six-month engagement with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Field Service Lightning solutions based on client requirements
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications
- Lead FSL projects and provide expert guidance to stakeholders throughout the implementation process
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience
- At least 2 years of experience with Field Service Lightning and 2 or more FSL implementations
- Field Service Lightning certification preferred; Service Cloud certification is a plus
- Proficiency in using JIRA for project management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to act as a subject matter expert on FSL
