Job Summary
Seeking a Salesforce FSL Technical Lead for a remote, contract position in the USA, where the candidate will design and develop FSL solutions, gather requirements, and serve as the go-to expert for the development team.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop Field Service Lightning solutions based on business requirements
- Gather requirements and create user stories using JIRA
- Lead the development team as the primary expert on FSL implementations
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience
- At least 2 years of experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) and 2 or more FSL implementations
- Field Service Lightning certification preferred; Service Cloud certification is a plus
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience in leadership roles within Salesforce development teams
