Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers in a remote environment, the full-time salaried CRM Lead Engineer will provide hands-on technical leadership for the Salesforce CRM platform, overseeing configuration, development, and optimization while managing team performance and coaching.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor CRM Engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback
- Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of the Salesforce CRM platform
- Coordinate technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration while ensuring adherence to engineering standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in Salesforce/CRM engineering or a similar role
- 2+ years of technical leadership or people-management experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and large-scale implementations
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, administration, and troubleshooting
