Salesforce Manager
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and administration of Salesforce, the full-time remote Salesforce Manager will develop a multi-year roadmap, implement AI capabilities, and enhance platform functionalities to drive business value and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Lead complex Salesforce initiatives, including product configuration and self-service capabilities
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce ecosystem solutions and manage vendor relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience; HS diploma or GED required
- 6 years of experience with CRM applications, including at least 3 years with Salesforce
- 1 year of leadership or people management experience
- Strong analytical skills and Salesforce product knowledge
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
