Working remotely, the full-time Manual Tester (Salesforce) will analyze complex business requirements to create and execute comprehensive manual test strategies, ensuring high-quality releases for the Department of Veterans Affairs' Patient Care product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and user stories to create and execute manual test strategies and plans
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing across applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report test progress, risks, and release readiness
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of software quality assurance or testing experience
- Proficiency in creating test cases and executing various types of testing
- Salesforce platform knowledge, including data model and security
- Experience with defect tracking and Agile delivery methodologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government credentials
