Job Summary
Guiding clients through the evolving Salesforce marketing platform, the full-time remote Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect will design and deliver solutions for Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next, manage implementation projects, and oversee solution architecture and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
- Design and document solution architecture for Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next implementations
- Oversee build work and quality assurance, including configuring core components and supporting data migration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience implementing Marketing Cloud Engagement, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Working knowledge of SQL and AMPscript
- Experience leading client-facing discovery, solution design, and project delivery
- Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM data model and marketing data integration
