Job Summary

Supporting the development and maintenance of email campaigns, the full-time Email Campaign Administrator II Salesforce Marketing Cloud will manage end-to-end workflows in a remote capacity, ensuring quality assurance and timely deployment of automated email marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Monitor email automations and manage the email audit schedule, providing direction to marketing strategists
• Coordinate campaign requirements and dependencies with relevant stakeholders while maintaining documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on email campaign development
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for at least 2 years
• Knowledge of HTML for email development and quality assurance
• Experience in managing automated email campaigns and marketing communications
