Managing automated email campaigns, the full-time Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist will develop, deploy, and maintain email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring effective communication and performance analysis, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, schedule, and maintain email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Manage automated email campaigns and monitor email automations to ensure proper deployment
- Review email performance metrics and coordinate campaign requirements with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on email marketing or marketing automation experience
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Automation Studio
- Proficiency in HTML for email development and quality assurance
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist Certification is preferred
