Job Summary
Serving as a trusted technical advisor, the remote Salesforce OmniStudio Architect will design scalable Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools, collaborate with clients and teams, and translate complex business requirements into effective technical architectures.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of complex Salesforce solutions utilizing OmniStudio capabilities
- Translate business requirements into secure, high-performing technical architectures and develop solution documentation
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers while ensuring alignment with architectural standards
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience with significant expertise in architecture and solution design
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors
- Proven ability to design enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and work within complex technical environments
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Architect are strongly preferred
