Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Salesforce OmniStudio Technical Architect will support engineering projects by developing Salesforce software solutions, conducting tests and inspections, and mentoring associate engineers while focusing on OmniStudio and CPQ implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement Salesforce software solutions while conducting tests and preparing reports
- Present project improvement scenarios and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor and coach engineers across functional teams on technology decisions and best practices
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in Salesforce Architecture
- 5-7 years of experience with OmniStudio and 5+ years with Industries CPQ or Revenue Cloud Advanced
- Expertise in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and third-party integrations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness to learn new technologies
