Job Summary
Leading the implementation of new features and enhancements, the full-time Salesforce Platform Lead will manage the product feature backlog, collaborate with technology teams to define requirements, and ensure successful completion of release goals in a remote or hybrid environment.

- Manage and prioritize the product feature backlog for SuccessFactors features and enhancements
- Collaborate with technology teams to develop detailed requirements and address roadblocks impacting release goals

Required qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce
- Current Salesforce System Administrator certification
- Current Salesforce Developer certification
- Proven experience in IT process and change management
- Adequate professional experience to perform job responsibilities effectively
