Salesforce Practice Sales Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Engagement Manager with Salesforce Sales or Consulting experience in the Retail, CPG, and Logistics Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and closing net-new logos and working on new deals in the Oracle domain
• Leading client relationships, building a portfolio up to $30M, and managing the opportunity management cycle
• Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure client fulfillment, account planning, and governance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 9+ years of experience in sales/relationship management
• 5+ years of selling Salesforce solutions in a client-facing role
• Understanding of Salesforce ecosystem clouds and experience in Consumer/Retail/CPG industry
• Strong leadership skills, hands-on proposal creation experience, and proficiency in MS PowerPoint
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
