Salesforce Premier Services Specialist
Job Summary
Consulting with Premier Services clients, the hybrid Premier Services Specialist will implement and update Salesforce configurations, conduct client training, and manage system upgrades while supporting higher education institutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine effective technology solutions for their business and operational processes
- Implement or update configurations in clients' Salesforce instances and manage automations, security parameters, and data migrations
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on TargetX and Salesforce tools for clients
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience in a higher education setting, specifically within admissions and student success departments
- Familiarity with and experience configuring on the Salesforce platform
- Salesforce Administrator Certification to be obtained within 6 months of employment
- Strong understanding of business software, including CRMs, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
