Salesforce Product Manager
Job Summary
Leading product strategy and delivery for Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud, the full-time remote Salesforce Product Manager will manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and backlog for Agentforce and Data Cloud/Data 360 capabilities
- Translate product priorities into requirements, user stories, and release plans while managing intake and qualifying use cases
- Lead prototype, pilot, testing, and launch-readiness activities, using feedback to improve product performance and user experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management or ownership experience in enterprise software, CRM, or data platforms
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud/Data 360, including successful pilot or production releases
- Practical knowledge of Data Cloud/Data 360 and Agentforce requirements and functionalities
- Proven ability to write product requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria for technical teams
- Strong Salesforce platform fluency, including understanding of applications, security, and integrations
