Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Product Manager will manage Salesforce operations, serve as the system lead for integrations, and oversee the product roadmap while collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce and related systems, ensuring effective integration and data flow
- Prepare and maintain product roadmaps, translating business needs into actionable requirements
- Oversee user account maintenance, help desk tickets, and provide training and documentation for system functionalities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of product management or similar experience
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including required certifications
- Demonstrated experience working with nonprofit organizations
- 2+ years of technical consulting experience strongly preferred
