Salesforce Product Owner
Job Summary
Leading the functional product and program delivery for the CRM Product Group, the full-time remote Salesforce Product Owner will manage the product backlog, coordinate a multi-year Salesforce roadmap, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, value-driven solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize work based on business value and stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and shape the Salesforce vision and strategy
- Lead user acceptance testing and monitor key performance indicators for Salesforce initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in Salesforce product ownership or a similar leadership role
- Four or more years of experience managing product backlogs and leading Agile development teams
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
- Three or more years of direct people-management experience in a technology delivery environment
