Job Summary
To ensure the stability and performance of the Salesforce Service Cloud production environment, the full-time Salesforce Production Support Engineer will remotely respond to and resolve L2/L3 production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system health while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to, triage, and resolve L2/L3 production incidents impacting Salesforce Service Cloud while meeting established SLAs
- Troubleshoot issues across Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations using Salesforce debugging tools
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement corrective actions to improve platform reliability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong production support expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proven experience managing and resolving L2/L3 production incidents within defined SLAs
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations including REST/SOAP APIs and external system callouts
- Hands-on knowledge of user administration, data management, and Salesforce release management processes
