Salesforce Project Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a Salesforce Project Manager Consultant with expertise in Change Management, this full-time remote position will manage project timelines, deliverables, and change management activities while fostering an Agile environment and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and track sprint progress to adapt quickly to changes
- Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis and communication strategies
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience leading projects in a technical and Agile environment
- 3+ years of hands-on change management experience, preferably with Salesforce implementations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience applying a structured change management methodology, such as Prosci ADKAR
- Strong understanding of AI capabilities and their application in project management
