Job Summary
Leading cross-functional teams in a remote full-time capacity, the Salesforce Project Manager will manage medium and large-scale IT projects from initiation to launch, ensuring innovative solutions are delivered to clients while maintaining project scope, budget, and schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead IT projects utilizing the Salesforce platform, collaborating with Consultants, Engineers, and Designers to define project scope and budget
- Plan and execute projects using agile methodologies, conducting scrum rituals and managing cross-functional teams effectively
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, proactively addressing risks and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience in a consulting environment with a track record of leading successful technical projects
- Strong technical background in agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes
- Experience managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule
- Proficient in project management tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and Asana
- Detail-oriented with strong leadership and negotiation skills
