Job Summary
To drive Salesforce consulting engagements, the full-time remote Salesforce Project Manager will manage client relationships, track project progress, and collaborate with delivery and sales teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple customer projects and maintain a healthy backlog of requirements
- Oversee project initiation and closure activities, ensuring adherence to project scope and managing change orders
- Provide Agile leadership and metrics for project performance to both internal teams and clients
Required qualifications
- Proficiency and experience with Salesforce and Project Management best practices
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Experience in a Professional Services organization, preferably with a consulting background
- Ability to lead sessions with clients to extract requirements and manage project outcomes
