Required Qualifications
- 3+ years leading projects in a technical environment and hands-on change management experience
- Experience in Change Management, User Adoption, Training, and Business Transformation
- Understanding of Salesforce and AI-driven business processes
- Ability to work in fast-paced, highly iterative consulting environments
- Claude Foundations/Associate certification or willingness to obtain it
