Job Summary
Leading complex Salesforce projects in a remote full-time capacity, the Salesforce Project Manager will manage the full development lifecycle, oversee client relationships, and ensure project deliverables align with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality across the SDLC or Agile lifecycle
- Serve as the primary client contact, facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and delivering presentations and status updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional and technical approaches, ensuring high-quality Salesforce delivery
Required qualifications
- 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager within Salesforce consulting, leading large multi-cloud projects
- 5+ years of Agile software delivery experience across full product, software, and testing lifecycles
- Proven leadership of Salesforce delivery teams, including remote and on/offshore models
- Strong technical solutioning experience with complex Salesforce initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks with PMP and Scrum certifications preferred
