Job Summary
To enhance the quality of technology supporting commercial lending processes, the remote temporary Salesforce QA Consultant will leverage their QA expertise and Salesforce experience to develop comprehensive test scenarios, perform functional testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of commercial lending processes and Salesforce/nCino functionality
- Translate business requirements into clear test scenarios and perform hands-on functional and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Document defects, results, risks, and observations to inform technical and business stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Experience in software quality assurance, functional testing, or UAT
- Commercial banking experience with an understanding of commercial lending processes or products
- Experience working with Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience supporting test automation or collaborating with SDETs or automation engineers is a plus
