Salesforce QA Engineer
Job Summary
Leading end-to-end test lifecycle management for functional Salesforce areas, the full-time fully remote Salesforce QA Engineer will design and execute test plans, maintain automated test suites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute detailed test plans, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Own and maintain automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, document, and track defects while participating in root cause analysis and triage sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of QA experience with 3+ years on Salesforce Government Cloud; Salesforce Certified Administrator and AI Specialist required
- Expert in integration testing and leading defect triage within an Agile delivery framework
- Strong technical skills with experience in test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Certifications such as ISTQB Foundation/Advanced, Agile Tester, or AWS Cloud Practitioner are valuable
