Salesforce QA Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Salesforce QA Engineer will ensure the quality of software releases through comprehensive manual and automated testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams within an Agile Scrum environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans, scenarios, and scripts for various testing types including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects while collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Support the development and execution of automated test scripts using tools such as Copado Robotic Testing, Playwright, and Selenium

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum five years of software quality assurance experience supporting enterprise applications
• At least three years of experience in manual and automated functional testing of enterprise applications
• Experience developing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts based on business requirements
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification or equivalent software testing certification preferred
