Salesforce QA Specialist
Job Summary
Executing detailed test cases for FedRAMP Moderate/High security controls, the full-time fully remote Salesforce QA Specialist will manage test planning, manual and automated testing, and defect tracking while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications
- Execute manual and automated tests using tools like Selenium and JIRA, and perform regression and performance testing
- Identify, document, and log defects in a bug tracking system, verifying fixes and ensuring no regressions occur
Required qualifications
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, with at least 5 years of QA experience, including 3 years on Salesforce Government Cloud
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and ISTQB Foundation Level certifications required
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, with familiarity in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with defect management tools like JIRA
- U.S. Citizen with Public Trust eligibility
