Salesforce QA Specialist
Job Summary
To support a federal contract, the full-time Salesforce QA Specialist will oversee quality assurance activities across Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring high-quality and compliant systems while collaborating with developers and stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage QA resources supporting Salesforce applications and define QA strategy and best practices
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce platforms, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Coordinate with stakeholders to refine requirements and communicate testing progress, risks, and defects
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have a Bachelor's degree at minimum
- 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce quality assurance testing
- 2-3 years of experience leading QA teams
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
