Salesforce QA Tester
Job Summary
Supporting a federal Salesforce modernization initiative, the full-time Salesforce QA Tester will develop and execute test plans, validate configurations and custom developments, and manage defects in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce configurations and integrations
- Validate data architecture, user security, and integration between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data integrity
- Log and manage defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, providing clear documentation and status updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce architecture/consulting experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Experience in DoD/Federal Salesforce environments (IL4/IL5 GovCloud)
- Proven ability to design and execute test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, including declarative configuration and automation
- U.S. Citizenship is required
