Salesforce Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary

To support a federal financial regulatory environment, the full-time remote Salesforce Quality Assurance Tester will design and execute test scenarios, validate system integrations, and ensure compliance with quality assurance practices across Salesforce capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, and end-to-end integration testing
• Log and manage defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, ensuring all items meet acceptance criteria before production release
• Collaborate with government leads to clarify testing scope and validate declarative configurations and automations within Salesforce

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in QA and testing within an Agile delivery environment
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and integrations with external systems
• Proven ability to design and execute test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering is preferred
