Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Salesforce Release Engineer will manage and optimize release processes, ensuring smooth deployments and maintaining high-quality standards within a Salesforce environment while working remotely in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the integrity and quality of software releases
- Manage and monitor CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
- Document and improve release processes and procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in release management or a similar role
- Knowledge of Salesforce release lifecycle and DevOps best practices
- Experience managing releases in an Agile environment
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, and GitLab
