Salesforce Report Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the Salesforce Report Developer with an active Top Secret or DHS clearance will create, maintain, and optimize CRM data visibility through the development of user-friendly reports and dashboards while collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting needs.
Key responsibilities
- Build, customize, and maintain complex reports and dynamic executive dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define metric and reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting tools, including CRM Analytics and Tableau
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Standard and Custom Report Types and joined reports
- Strong skills in creating custom formulas and workflow rules that feed accurate data into reports
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and sharing/security models
