Salesforce RevOps Application Manager
Job Summary
Owning the technical execution of key RevOps initiatives, the full-time Salesforce RevOps Application Manager will manage the architecture, automation, and integration of GTM systems, working remotely to enhance processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical owner for the systems and applications supporting the GTM organization
- Proactively identify and automate inefficient processes to improve overall productivity and system performance
- Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and other GTM systems
Required qualifications
- 4-7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development/administration or a similar technical role
- Advanced expertise with Salesforce Flow and strong hands-on expertise with Apex
- Experience designing and supporting integrations using APIs and webhooks
- Understanding of GTM processes including lead lifecycle management and opportunity management
- Salesforce certification is required
