Salesforce RevOps Application Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly technical, hands-on Salesforce RevOps Application Manager, the full-time remote position will manage the systems and automation that support the GTM organization, focusing on building, troubleshooting, and continuously improving Salesforce and related technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Own and build the architecture of GTM systems, ensuring scalability and ongoing development of Salesforce
- Proactively automate inefficient processes and innovate workflows to enhance seller productivity and GTM execution
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce and other GTM systems, maintaining operational integrity
Required qualifications
- 4-7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development/administration or similar technical roles
- Advanced expertise with Salesforce Flow and strong hands-on experience with Apex
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and GTM processes, including lead management and forecasting
- Experience designing and supporting integrations using APIs and middleware
- Salesforce certification is required
