Salesforce RevOps Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing Revenue Operations team, the full-time RevOps Application Manager will own and enhance the systems architecture centered around Salesforce, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to automate and optimize processes across the GTM organization in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical owner for the systems and applications supporting the GTM organization, ensuring their health and scalability
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and develop automation to improve GTM workflows and enhance seller productivity
- Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues within Salesforce and other GTM systems, implementing permanent fixes to maintain operational integrity
Required qualifications
- 4-7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development/administration or a similar technical role
- Advanced expertise with Salesforce Flow and strong hands-on experience with Apex
- Experience designing and supporting integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware
- Salesforce certification is required
- Strong understanding of GTM processes, including lead lifecycle management and opportunity management
