Salesforce Scrum Master
Job Summary
Leading day-to-day operations, the full-time Salesforce Scrum Master will manage timelines, resource allocation, and sprint schedules while facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives for the development team and government stakeholders
- Maintain and prioritize the sprint backlog in coordination with the product owner
- Track and report team performance measures, velocity, and sprint progress while removing impediments to delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Advanced Agile certification (ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, or PMI-ACP)
- 7-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a complex enterprise environment, including 3 years in an Agile development setting
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a government security clearance
- Proven ability to pass a company background investigation and drug test
