Job Summary
Leading day-to-day operational execution, the full-time remote Salesforce Scrum Master will manage timelines, resource allocation, and sprint schedules while facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring team performance metrics are met.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintain and prioritize the sprint backlog in coordination with the product owner
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's delivery while tracking performance measures and sprint progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field
- Advanced Agile certification (ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, or PMI-ACP)
- 7-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a complex enterprise environment, with 3 years in an Agile development setting
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
