Job Summary
Remote and full-time, the Salesforce Senior Consultant will leverage expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to manage client relationships, deliver project solutions, and drive enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships through effective project delivery and proactive account management
- Translate client business needs into detailed business requirements, use cases, and systems interaction diagrams
- Lead workshops, requirements sessions, and training while ensuring stakeholder alignment and addressing risks early
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience administering or consulting on the Salesforce platform with hands-on configuration in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification required
- Proficiency in completing declarative build work items with minimal oversight
- Experience with data migration or transformation tools to support deployment processes
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and provide quality assurance on deliverables
