Salesforce Senior Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Senior Engineer will maintain and enhance the Salesforce CRM system, focusing on programming, design, and user support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation and improvement of coding practices and standards for Salesforce CRM
- Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving issues with the CRM system
- Collaborate with business partners on user acceptance testing and manage vendor relationships for solution delivery
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience as a CRM Engineer or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, administration, and optimization
- Strong understanding of CRM fundamentals and advanced features
- Experience with integration solutions using REST API and other tools
