A company is looking for a Solution Architect - Service Cloud Voice (Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings, including requirement sessions and user acceptance testing
- Evaluate business processes and identify enhancement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and complete configuration within Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems
- 2+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Service Cloud Voice
- Practical exposure to Agile methodology and user story writing
- Strong skills in data analysis and dashboard creation
- Highly preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Voice Accreditation
